How to redeem your codes

Codes are redeemed inside the game. Rewards arrive in your in-game Mailbox. Copy codes instead of typing them: they are case-sensitive.

   Open Account

   Open Settings (the gear) and select the Account tab.

   Open Gift Code Redemption

   Select Gift Code Redemption to open the code entry window.

   Enter the code

   Paste the code into the field and tap Redeem. If a correct code shows “Invalid Gift Code”, close the window, restart the game and try again.

   Claim it in your Mailbox

   Open your Mailbox and claim the reward mail. Some codes only work on one server, platform or from a certain level, and the game tells you which limit applies.
